They say the best way to a person’s heart is through food and this event is something that foodies look forward to. We felt that a week of amazing food wasn’t enough, so we decided to cook some more! Held in the finest kitchen in Manipal, during this event, interns prepare delicacies from around the world. The chefs of the Culinary Arts department first give a live demo of some mouthwatering Indian dishes - fish curry, paneer bhurji and sugary ghevar. After this we all prepare dishes from our countries and then enjoy a family style dinner where we get to taste food from around the globe!
