A cultural experience like never before, interns explore the desi look and get a chance to know with each other at the start of the exciting week. Elegant sarees and vibrant kurtas fill the room with colour. Everyone is welcomed traditionally by applying a vermillion tilak on the forehead. There is a photo booth with props like regal headgear and swords, and our local committee members introduce interns to henna designs. There are fun games such as saree draping where roles are reversed, and men have to walk the ramp in a saree. The night comes to an end with dance followed by a rich Indian meal.
