IAESTE India welcomes associations with corporates and potential employers looking to hire foreign interns. IAESTE provides its employers access to a large talent pool of highly qualified students with a strong technical background from over 80 countries. Our partners range from Multinational Companies to start-ups and small private firms. Student-run projects are welcome to hire interns as well, given they meet our eligibility criteria. IAESTE interns are available both for short term and long term durations and in a general or specialized field. IAESTE provides visa assistance in bringing the student to India and helps the student in arranging accommodation with minimum hassle to the company.

How to become an employer?

The first step toward becoming an IAESTE employer is to fill the Offer Form. The offer form specifies the duration, field of specialization along with the kind of work and stipend offered to the student.
Once filled and sent back to us, IAESTE finds the best suited candidates from it’s member pool and forwards you the application of that candidate.
You may further review the candidate via a Skype or telephonic interview or seek another candidate instead.
If accepted, IAESTE will provide the student with the necessary assistance required in obtaining a visa and arranging for accommodation, with minimum hassle to the company.

Eligibility :

The employer must be willing to pay the intern a salary that covers their basic living and lodging costs.
The work offered during the internship must be similar to the description of the work offered in the offer form.
The employer must complete the required paperwork and formalities within the stipulated time duration.
The employer must supervise the intern and provide IAESTE with the feedback for the same.
